I must say that I was very pleased with the work that you did on my property including:
1. The great job you made of painting right through & making good all the holes that had been left from the previous owner.
2. The excellent work you did on fitting the washing machine, which turned into a big piece of work for you to have to strip off lino, laminate flooring, another of lino, having to dry the floor which had previously flooded & replace plinths that had rotted as a result of the flooding ( none of which we'd expected as part of the original quote) For your guys to then paint the kitchen units because. in their words, " they were looking tired" was something that I would never have expected.
all in all, all the jobs around the house that needed doing were all completed to the same high standard, with a agreed fixed price, which was only slightly increased, due to some last minute extras that I need doing.
As I said to you I'll definitely be asking you back for more work. Peter Stacy.
